Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Wivlo web and mobile apps, including Wivlo Plus.

Using Wivlo

You may use Wivlo only if you have reached the age of majority where you live and can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. By accepting these terms or creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You must use Wivlo lawfully and keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for notes, tags, projects, references, prompts, AI outputs, and other content you create in Wivlo.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use Wivlo to create or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

Some features require signing in with Google, Apple, or another supported authentication provider.
You can delete workspace content or remove your account from Wivlo settings.
The Free plan and Wivlo Plus may have different AI credits, input limits, storage limits, and feature access. Current limits are shown in the app or purchase screen and may be adjusted prospectively; changes do not remove rights already granted for a paid billing period where applicable law or platform rules require otherwise.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant Wivlo a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, synchronize, and provide the features you request.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, import, or connect the content and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Wivlo Plus is a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycle, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase through Stripe Checkout on web, Apple in-app purchase on iOS where enabled, or Google Play Billing on Android where enabled.
Wivlo currently offers Plus on a monthly recurring basis. It renews automatically each month until canceled through the billing provider shown at purchase.
Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are managed, canceled, and refunded according to the applicable App Store or Google Play account and billing rules. Web subscriptions are managed through Wivlo settings or the Stripe billing portal.
Cancellation stops future renewal, but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by law, platform policy, the payment provider, or a written Wivlo refund decision.
If payment fails, access to Plus features may be paused, downgraded, or canceled after any grace period supported by the billing provider.

If you download Wivlo from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms, billing rules, refund rules, and device permission controls also apply.
Where platform rules require Apple in-app purchase or Google Play Billing for mobile digital features, Wivlo will use the relevant platform billing flow rather than directing mobile app users to an external digital-goods checkout.
Apple and Google are not responsible for providing Wivlo support, maintenance, or account services except as required by their own platform terms.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review AI-generated notes, summaries, and recommendations before relying on them.
WivloAI sends the content needed for the AI feature, such as selected text, the current note, tags, imported conversation excerpts, image or asset metadata, and related-note context. Do not use AI features for content you do not want processed by an AI provider.
Background AI may analyze active notes and generate compact metadata, suggested titles, suggested tags, summaries, memory, embeddings, or recommendation signals. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated or AI-assisted changes before relying on them.
The AI provider and model may change through server-side configuration without an app update. Availability, latency, output quality, and credit cost may vary by feature, plan, input length, provider, and model.
Wivlo does not use raw notes for AI model training or model improvement unless you separately opt in.
Do not submit highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being processed to provide the requested feature.

Voice memos convert audio you intentionally record into a transcript and summary. Speech recognition and AI summaries can be inaccurate or omit content, so review important information against the original context.
You may record only audio you are authorized to record. Before recording, you must clearly notify every participant that the conversation will be recorded and processed by Wivlo and OpenAI, and obtain each participant’s consent. You may not use Wivlo for wiretapping, covert surveillance, privacy violations, unlawful evidence collection, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Voice memos are unavailable if microphone permission is denied or revoked. Processing may be delayed or fail because of network conditions, AI-provider availability, file format or length, or usage limits.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, payment failure, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Deleting a Wivlo account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel that subscription through the applicable store account before or after requesting account deletion. Web subscriptions can be canceled through Wivlo settings or the Stripe billing portal.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as Wivlo evolves. We will try to preserve access to your account data where practical.
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Wivlo is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wivlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
